NSW public schools offer special religious education and special education in ethics, delivered by approved providers wherever available.
During enrolment, you can choose a special religious education option for your child from the school’s available approved providers. You can withdraw your child from special religious education by selecting alternative meaningful activities, or special education in ethics if it’s available.
You can update your preference by writing to the school or through the online form available at participating schools.

Special Religious Education (SRE) is held each Tuesday from 11:55am to 12:30pm for all students K–6.
At the time of enrolment, the student's parent or carer will receive an SRE participation letter to complete and return to us. This will outline the SRE options available at our school.
If you would like to change your child's SRE choice after the initial enrolment, or in the future, please advise us in writing. You can email: terranora-p.school@det.nsw.edu.au or complete another participation letter.

Combined Scripture - this is provided by the Seventh-day Adventist Church North NSW. For more information about Combined SRE, including the authorised curriculum scope and sequence, visit https://nnsw.adventist.org.au/ or https://godspace.org.au/
Non-Scripture - during the time SRE classes are held, students not attending will attend a separate space to participate in meaningful activities to reinforce and support classroom instruction.
