Driving and parking

The start and end of the school day are busy times for pedestrians and drivers outside schools.

When driving and parking near our school, please:

• ensure you park safely in school zones
• follow speed signs
• be a good role model
• never call your child from across the road
• use the safest place to cross the road.

Parking on school grounds

Please note that all on-site car parks are reserved for staff use only during school hours.

Visitor parking is available at The Pavilions Marketplace, located off Henry Lawson Drive, Terranora.

Limited street parking is also available nearby — we kindly ask that all families and visitors observe local council parking regulations and time limits.

For parents and carers of younger children

Discuss with your child how to be safe when:

• walking
• in the  car
• waiting for, travelling on, and getting off the  bus
• riding  bikes, scooters and skateboards.

Also talk about and practise:

• safe travel routes

• plans for when unexpected things happen

• what to do in wet weather.
