Uniform Shop

The school is committed to ensure all students wear full school uniform.  Where students come to school out of uniform a note of explanation from a parent/caregiver is required.

The school uniform can be purchased through the P & C Uniform Shop (currently situated behind the school hall) on;

Monday 2.30pm to 3.00pm
Friday 8.30am to 9.00am

Uniform price list and order form

Girls’ school uniform consists of:

school culottes and blouse;

all black running shoes or all black school shoes with low heels;

short white socks, not anklet socks and not knee high socks;  

red school wide brim hat;

Boys school uniform consists of:

grey school shorts, available at Big W, Lowes and Best & Less stores,

no surf brand shorts or corduroy;

red school polo shirt;

all black running shoes or all black school shoes ;

short grey socks, not anklet socks;

red school wide brim hat.

Sport uniform for all students consists of:

-          school sport polo shirt;

-          red school sport shorts;

-          short white socks, not anklet socks;

-          all black running shoes.

Winter uniform – as above plus:

-          black school track pants or girls’ winter pants;

-          red school jacket - available only from uniform shop;

-          plain red sloppy joe/jumper – no brand label visible.

Hat:  Please note a hat is compulsory at outdoor play times.  The uniform shop sells a Terranora Public School embroidered school hat to purchase. Please mark your child’s name.  Our school rule – no hat, no play.

Hair and Hair Accessories

Students should keep their hair neat and clean.  Students with long hair should keep it tied back with a red or white ribbon/elastic/comb.

Jewellery and Accessories

The wearing of all types of jewellery and accessories is banned except in the following circumstances:

-          Medical Alert bracelets and necklaces

-          watches provided they are simple and functional

-          earrings for girls and boys provided they are one per ear of simple stud or sleeper variety and those for religious and cultural purposes; and

-          other jewellery provided it is worn for religious and cultural reasons – all rings are banned

Volunteers for the uniform shop are always welcome.
